CNC OPERATOR

You’ll be responsible for bringing to life our designers’ designs. Our team takes pride in what we do and delivers a quality product that our clients love. McPherson takes the time to deliver precision and to get the job done right … the first time.

DESIGNER

We are looking to expand our design team with an experienced designer that is ready to hit the ground running who needs little supervision. Your depth of experience makes you comfortable dealing directly with clients and your listening skills translate into designs that clients love. McPherson’s enjoys repeat clientele and a reputation built on integrity and quality workmanship. The showroom, the largest in the Cowichan Valley, showcases just a small percentage of what we offer and are able to build for our clients.

SHIPPING AND RECEIVER
Looking for a positive change? A place where you’re part of a bigger team? At McPherson’s you’ll support the manufacturing and design team who will count on you to show up at the installation site in a timely manner.
In this role, your organizational skills will be an asset as you load cabinetry and manage the paperwork required. Working with an assistant, you’ll be one of the many faces of McPherson as you make deliveries to the homes or places of business of clients. Knowing how to keep accurate records and get along with others will be key to your success in this role.
- Experience: 3 years minimum

- Class 5 Drivers License
SWAMPER
